Unit Clinic Panel is responsible for ensuring all matters related to staff panel clinic facilities:
1. Panel Clinic Appointments
- Appoint private clinics that are interested in providing services as UiTM panel clinics.
Applications can be made online at https://klinikpanel.uitm.edu.my/hr2u/cplogin.jsp
2. Panel Clinic Renewal/Termination
- Renewal or terminate the service contract of the panel clinic that has been appointed.
3. Panel Clinic Policies and Regulations
- Setting the policy and rules of the panel clinic according to the current situation.
4. Payment Claims from Panel Clinics
- Processing and approving invoice claims from appointed panel clinics.
5. Payment Claims from Staff
- Staff can claim treatment from non-preferred panel clinics/non-panel clinics online in the HR2U system.
6. Panel Clinic Selection and Exchange
- Approve or reject requests to change staff panel clinic options.
Each staff is eligible to choose as many as 3 panel clinics.
7. Panel clinic service complaints
- Manage complaints about panel clinic services.
