Unit Clinic Panel is responsible for ensuring all matters related to staff panel clinic facilities:

1. Panel Clinic Appointments Appoint private clinics that are interested in providing services as UiTM panel clinics. Applications can be made online at https://klinikpanel.uitm.edu.my/hr2u/cplogin.jsp
2. Panel Clinic Renewal/Termination Renewal or terminate the service contract of the panel clinic that has been appointed.
3. Panel Clinic Policies and Regulations Setting the policy and rules of the panel clinic according to the current situation.
4. Payment Claims from Panel Clinics Processing and approving invoice claims from appointed panel clinics.
5. Payment Claims from Staff Staff can claim treatment from non-preferred panel clinics/non-panel clinics online in the HR2U system.
6. Panel Clinic Selection and Exchange Approve or reject requests to change staff panel clinic options. Each staff is eligible to choose as many as 3 panel clinics.
7. Panel clinic service complaints Manage complaints about panel clinic services.
