Unit Clinic Panel is responsible for ensuring all matters related to staff panel clinic facilities:
- Panel Clinic Appointments Appoint private clinics that are interested in providing services as UiTM panel clinics. Applications can be made online at https://klinikpanel.uitm.edu.my/hr2u/cplogin.jsp
- Panel Clinic Renewal/Termination Renewal or terminate the service contract of the panel clinic that has been appointed.
- Panel Clinic Policies and Regulations Setting the policy and rules of the panel clinic according to the current situation.
- Payment Claims from Panel Clinics Processing and approving invoice claims from appointed panel clinics.
- Payment Claims from Staff Staff can claim treatment from non-preferred panel clinics/non-panel clinics online in the HR2U system.
- Panel Clinic Selection and Exchange Approve or reject requests to change staff panel clinic options. Each staff is eligible to choose as many as 3 panel clinics.
- Panel clinic service complaints Manage complaints about panel clinic services.
